From application to orientation
- Apply online in about 2 minutes.
- Our recruiter calls you back — usually within the hour during office hours (Pacific Time).
- Finish your full DOT employment application in your driver account.
- Complete the standard pre-hire steps (such as background check, driving record review and drug test).
- Come to orientation in Henderson, NV.

What happens on orientation day
You'll meet the team, complete paperwork, go over safety and company procedures, and get to know your truck — an automatic Peterbilt 579 or Freightliner Cascadia with apu, inverter, fridge, microwave. You'll also meet dispatch, who speak English and Español.
After orientation
Your dedicated dispatcher sets up your first load. You can take the truck home, and pay runs weekly — every Thursday.
