03 — Requirements
What you needto apply.
- 01Valid CDL-A license
- 02At least 21 years old
- 031 year CDL-A experience (no new CDL school graduates)
- 04No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- 05No DUI
- 06Clean drug and alcohol history (no failed or refused tests, no SAP program)
- 077-year background check
- 08Basic English (road signs, DOT, dispatch)
- 09Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and life on the road.
Drivers are paid weekly. The pay period runs Monday to Monday, and pay lands every Thursday.
Company drivers are paid per mile. Your exact rate is confirmed on your first call with our recruiter, before you commit to anything.
Yes. Layover pays $250.
Yes. Every driver earns a $1,000 bonus on each work anniversary, every year you stay with us.
Your first check comes on the Thursday after your first full pay period (Monday to Monday).
Yes. Drivers can take the truck home.
